In the UK Electric Scooters are not to be used on public roads, Cycle lanes or footpaths. It is the Customers complete responsibility to ensure that their E Scooter is used in accordance with all local and country laws.

Whilst most of our scooters are water resistant they are not necessarily waterproof.

Always check your product manual before operating your scooter.

Beyond PEV only sell fully certified and tested products which are covered by a manufacturers warranty (Minimum 1 Year).  Each product will have different manufacturers warranties, these are detailed on each product page under the Warranty Tab.

Shipping & Delivery

European shipping is available for most countries. You will be presented with the shipping options once you provide your shipping address on checkout.

Please note that due to Brexit, Orders being shipped to Europe may be subject to customs duties.

We use Fedex/TNT for large items sent within the UK.

We use Fedex/DPD for Large items to the EU.

We use various couriers for smaller parcels, inclusive of DHL, DPD, Hermes & Royal Mail.

Yes, you will receive tracking details as soon as we ship your order. For most items this is same day (if ordered prior to 1pm)

We offer click and collect options but this is by appointment and availability only. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to collect.
