- Enter your Reference Number (e.g. G21097645).
- Ensure the collection date is on a weekday, with 2+ business days in advance. You will need to be at this address between 9am - 5pm on the day of collection..
- Enter the sender's details as the contact details on the order (all instructions & shipping labels will be emailed here).
- Enter the pick-up address as the billing address on the order. (this is the location where the courier will collect the package).
- Process order.
- Wait for further communication from Evolve.
It’s really important that we receive the correct details. If you provide us with the incorrect details and/or you miss the collection, you may be charged extra.
Important – Packaging & Transit Liability
Please only book this collection service if you have appropriate, secure packaging for your item.
Items must be safely packaged to protect them during transit. Where possible, original manufacturer packaging should be used.
Evolve Skateboards UK accepts no liability for any loss or damage while items are in transit to us.
If you require insurance cover for your shipment, you must arrange return of the item using your own insured courier service prior to booking.

On acceptance of orders, We will fully quality check the item being sent to you. Beyond PEV will make every effort to process within the stated time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable events such as severe weather, crisis, and many others may affect this.
