For customers to self-book a courier collection.

Please note, you must pre-pay at least 1 business days before the collection date and you will need access to a printer within the 24 hours leading up to the date.
- Enter your Reference Number (e.g. G21097645 / #RUK66001).
- Ensure the collection date is on a weekday, with 1+ business days in advance. You will need to be at this address between 9am - 5pm on the day of collection.
- Select the correct location. If you don't, the collection may not be processed.
- Enter the sender's details as the contact details on the order (all instructions & shipping labels will be emailed here).
- Enter the pick-up address as the billing address on the order. (this is the location where the courier will collect the package).
- Process order.
- Wait for further communication from Evolve.
It’s really important that we receive the correct details. If you provide us with the incorrect details and/or you miss the collection, you may be charged extra.

On acceptance of orders, We will fully quality check the item being sent to you. Beyond PEV will make every effort to process within the stated time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable events such as severe weather, crisis, and many others may affect this.
We aim to dispatch the majority of orders the same day, our dispatch & delivery timescales are detailed on specific product pages. Please note that couriers can experience delays or backlogs, Beyond PEV cannot be held liable for such shipping delays.
