Minibike mania is back!! Big kids are turning to pint-sized thrills once again and we have responded by making EBOX2 adult proof and releasing it in some new exciting colour-ways!! Named V2.

EBOX2 is a lightweight 2kW electric minibike (mini motocross bike) with upside down forks and mono rear shock. It features a lightweight 60v 18,2Ah Lithium Battery and brushless DC motor / controller. Designed for 14 years and up and its serious piece of kit, not a toy!

Ever since Suronster first tested the EBOX2, EBOX has blown-up as the go-to electric minibike brand. Ridden, owned and endorsed by big names such as La Plaga and OnewayCorey, EBOX is the hottest most popular minibike on the market.

V2 Revisions

We have been listening to our customers and reacting to their needs. In response, we have created the V2 with revised geometry, longer forks & a slacker headtube angle. We've also stiffened the fork springs and designed an awesome progressive rear mono shock that will cater for most rider weights. For the drive-train we have simplified the controller to make it more reliable and introduced improved hall sensors in the motor to cope with the ‘heavier-than-expected’ loads riders are putting on our bikes.

Created by our engineers and designers to be lightweight, powerful and outperform any other bike in its class on the market. 

EBOX2 features a 2kW powertrain that packs an astonishing punch. EBOX2 can be controlled to perfection, dialled down for entry level riding, and turned up when you are ready to clear those doubles or pop the front wheel up for some combo practice.

Shipping Policy

On acceptance of orders, Beyond PEV will make every effort to process within the stated time frame. Unfortunately, sometimes unforeseeable events such as severe weather, crisis, and many others may affect this.

We aim to dispatch the majority of orders the same day, our dispatch & delivery timescales are detailed on specific product pages. Please note that couriers can experience delays or backlogs, Beyond PEV cannot be held liable for such shipping delays.

To ensure the security of purchases, Beyond PEV may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays.

We offer free domestic shipping (Within U.K) for Orders over £100.

We ship within the UK & all countries in the EU. Please note that due to Brexit, Orders being shipped to Europe may be subject to customs duties.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, our website automatically displays prices excluding VAT/sales tax. However, customers from the EU may incur further fees when importing a product from the UK. This is payable to the courier before delivery. Duty is usually around 6% for Scooters. Tax is dependent on your local tax rate. 

If any parcels are returned to us because import charges are higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct any costs we may incur from your refund.
Kindly note that the exact valuation of the taxes incumbent upon the customers relies on the local taxes policy. For more information, please contact and consult with your local customs authority.

In case of any special requests pertaining to the mode of shipping, please contact us after placing your order and one of our representatives will assist you.

Processing Time

We try to process all orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed within Monday - Friday (9 am - 1 pm) will start processing on the same day. Orders made after this cut-off time will start processing the next business day. There are no orders being processed or shipped during weekends.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on products that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival at our warehouse. Each item available for pre-order will have its own estimated shipping date (usually detailed on the product page).

The advantage of pre-ordering is that you can guarantee the item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain products can be multiple. For this reason, availability can run out even before the item is physically in stock.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

Waiting times vary from article to article. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two working days.

Please keep in mind that if you place an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.

When does a delay occur and why?

In some rare cases, there may be delays caused by events outside of our control. In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Support Team will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Yes, you can, just keep in mind that your pre-order may have taken the opportunity away from other customers, therefore we politely ask that you only pre-order if you are confident you want to proceed with the purchase. We understand circumstances change, if you do decide to cancel prior to shipping please contact our support team at support@beyondpev.com 

Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, or if the product has developed a fault due to misuse or negligence, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We DO NOT accept returns of used products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us.

Please ensure you keep the packaging for a minimum of 2 weeks as a return will be rejected if the item is no longer in the original packaging. It is recommended that you keep this for the duration of your ownership of the item, just in case you ever need to send it to us for servicing or repair. In the event of a warranty claim, without the packaging, you will be responsible for ensuring the goods are sent back to us safely.

If the item remains unused (brand new) and is within 14 days of the date of delivery, our team will gladly help with this return process. You can submit a return request by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by email at support@beyondpev.com. The cost to return the scooter is your responsibility and there may be a small charge to restock the item.

If your item is having issues and has been used, rest assured that our warranty will likely cover your issue. For more info regarding the warranty and claims process, please consult our Warranty Policy. 

A return may be refused or you may be charged for loss in value if goods are returned in a different condition to those when sent. This charge is usually around 15%. If the product has been used the return may be rejected and sent back to you. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to you.

Please note that all order cancellations & returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% (U.K. Customers, or up to 4.7% (EU Customers). This is due to the fees that we incur to process your original order which are not refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email at store@beyondpev.com and we will guide you through the process. All returns must be approved by us and then sent to Mobocom Ltd, Unit D1, Kingsfield Close. NN5 7QS

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (less any delivery fees incurred by us), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Days (the exact time for this Credit is dependent on the method of payment used).

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@beyondpev.com and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will need to manage the return process on your behalf.

Changing your mind.
It happens! If you place an order and change your mind before it is shipped out, we may still be able to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately if this happens. Please note that all order cancellations & returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% (U.K. Customers, or up to 4.7% (EU Customers). This is due to the fees that we incur to process your original order which are not refundable.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY

Warranty Information

All products sold by us are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, providing protection against manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

In most cases, products include a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty, although the exact warranty period may vary depending on the brand or product. Where applicable, the specific warranty terms set by the manufacturer will apply.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Please note that consumable items are not covered under warranty. This typically includes items such as tyres, tubes, belts, brake pads, bearings, grips, chains and similar components that naturally wear out through normal use.

If you experience an issue with a product that you believe may be covered under warranty, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue, along with photos or videos where possible. We will liaise with the manufacturer to assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

Our goal is always to resolve genuine warranty issues quickly and fairly, ensuring you can get back to enjoying your product as soon as possible.
